Make me over...

so the past few years i've been getting alot of the "did anyone ever tell you that you look like jennifer garner?" comments. i take it as a compliment since hubby has her on his top 5 hottie list (along with rachael mcadams, kiera knightley, etc.) and i wouldn't mind snagging a husband looking like ben affleck - but in reality, i think it is the hair.

why am i bringing this all up? well the hair is now more "a la katie holmes" (even though tom cruise makes me sick). yup, i chopped about 9 inches off and i'm VERY excited that i was able to put it to good use. my hair has been driving me crazy lately and i was ready to chop it off. about 1 1/2 years ago, i donated my hair to locks of love but this time i was just 1 inch short of the 10 inches needed. i didn't really want to wait another month or 2 to cut it, and then i remembered that i had heard you could donate to pantene and they only require 8 inches - perfect! so here is a not so flattering picture of me with my old hair and my new do (hadn't styled it that day - oh well):
