So in our first week in the house we're currently renting, the freezer started to go on the fritz. Our landlord was great and bought us a new refrigerator and delivered it 2 days later. Now, less than a month later, the garbarge disposal was acting up this evening in the middle of me preparing dinner (a great and easy salmon dish that i'll have to post). i looked under the sink and found a crack in some tubing and water dripping out. so now i can't use the disposal, the sink, or the dishwasher. hopefully a plumber can get in here tomorrow - i had to keep running back and forth from the kitchen to the garage sink tonight to clean all the pots and pans from dinner. this is when i miss owning my own house...
PS - i should note that even though these things keep happening - it is a great house. Lots of space, great neighborhood, hardwood floors (which seems to be unusual for this area), beautiful moldings etc.
