OK - so it's not exactly official

i thought i should probably clarify that we had our bid accepted on a house in NC. the owner's family has already moved to FL and he's anxious to join them as soon as possible - so it should go through. but i should point out that we haven't actually signed anything. so i guess we are kinda of partially homeless at the moment???
